Dr. Toby Tyler Watson,
Psy.D.
Dr. Watson accepted the position of
Executive - Clinical Director of Associated
Psychological Health Services, and added R.E.A.Ch.-Sheboygan
in 2005. Dr. Watson is a graduate of the
University of Wisconsin, holds a Master’s
Degree from the California School of
Professional Psychology-Fresno and a
Doctorate in Clinical Depth/Dynamic
Psychology (2002) from Alliant University.
He was further trained at San Joaquin
Psychotherapy Center in Clovis-Fresno, CA,
now called Sequoia Psychotherapy Center. Dr.
Watson is a Board Member of the
International Center for the Study of
Psychiatry and Psychology (ICSPP) and enjoys
lecturing and educating. He has presented at
and is a member of the International Society
for the Psychological Treatment of
Schizophrenia and other psychosis
(ISPS-Chic), and is a member of the Alliance
for Human Research Protection.
Dr. Watson specializes in
Jungian-Psychodynamic and analytic
psychotherapy, utilizing individual, group,
family and couples psychotherapy. He has a
special interest in the effects of
Medication on Psychotherapy, Dream analysis,
Political Social Psychology and the Human
Attachment Process as it relates to
spirituality. He has testified as an Expert
Witness in the field of outcome research as
it specifically relates to treatment options
(e.g. psychotropic medication and biological
model of treatment verses psychosocial
psychological models of treatment).
Dr. Watson also is a continuing education
facilitator for both psychologists (C.E.) as
well as attorneys (L.C.E.). He is available for

Psychologist, WI-2563-057, National Register
of Health Care Providers, 2006, and is in
compliance with all Wisconsin Mental Health

| Dr. Karl F.
Riem, Ed.D.
Karl F. Riem, Ed.D.,
Licensed Psychologist, is Listed in the
National Register of Health Service
Providers in Psychology. He is also CADC-III
certified, and also holds International
Certification in AODA (ICRC, #616). After
earning his doctorate at Marquette
University, and completing general
psychology internships, he completed
post-doctoral work at Harvard University,
where he trained with T. Berry Brazelton,
M.D. and Dr. Burton White, and was Certified
by the Harvard-Lilly program regarding
infants and toddlers. For over a dozen years
he was Chief Psychologist and Co-Director
for the Child Development Center, Children's
Hospital of Wisconsin. He also founded and
developed the pediatric-psychology program
at the Medical College of Wisconsin were he
maintained faculty appointments in
Pediatrics, Neurology, and the Division of
Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He was on
the staff of Children's Hospital, the
Medical College of Wisconsin, and Milwaukee
Psychiatric Hospital. Dr. Riem served as an
infant-toddler specialist for the Sheboygan
County Unified Board for many years and was
involved in the development of many
Sheboygan infant/early child and parenting
programs, including city/county health
dept., RCS, Mental Health Center,etc. He
served as a consulted to numerous government
and national child-family resource programs
and has published numerous related
professional and research articles.
Doctor Riem founded Associated Psychological
Health Services in 1985, and in 2004, he retired
from seeing patients; however, Dr. Riem
continues to provide in-service training and
consultation at APHS. |

Dr. JoAnglea Johnston,
Psy.D.: Dr. Johnston completed her
Psychology Internship at APHS and now is
completing her Post Doctoral Training for
licensure. Dr. Johnston is a graduate
from the Minnesota School of Professional
Psychology at Argosy University/Twin Cities.
She was awarded the Senior Research Award
from the University of Wisconsin-Steven's
Point and is a member of Psychological
Honors Society, American Psychological
Association and the International Center for
the Study of Psychology and Psychiatry.
Ryan Groh, is a Master in
Counseling student at Lakeland Collage, who
is completing his clinical training at APHS.
He currently conducts Anger Management and
Domestic Violence Groups and Individual
counseling. |
