Fees for individual, couple, family and consultations, the session fee is $180.00 per hour. However, a sliding fee scale is available where the fee may be reduced to as little as $15.00. Additional financial support may be available through our nonprofit program (See R.E.A.Ch.-Sheboygan.)  Dr. Watson is Nationally Registered and thus, all insurance companies may provide reimbursement for services, please call for information.

Associated Psychological Health Services – Toby T. Watson, Psy.D. is also a consulting training educator and lecturer, having trained and educated Doctoral students, psychiatrists, neurologists, attorneys, psychologists, social workers, teachers and lay persons throughout the United States (see ICSPP, AHRP, ISPS.)

Associated Psychological Health Services offers a wide variety of psychological testing and evaluations. Dr. Watson specializes at conducting psychological evaluations to determine "need" for court ordered commitment, Custody Review, Anger Management and full psycho-social and intellectual projective and standardized assessments.  In addition, APHS conducts neurological screenings.  Fees vary greatly and individual consultations are necessary in determining what assessments may be needed and the amount of work that will be involved.  Dr. Watson has successfully aided individuals wishing to squash medication commitment orders by providing expert testimony pertaining to optimal treatment interventions, the subjectivity to the mental health field, and by highlighting the damage psychotropic drugs cause to an individuals ability to heal.  Please call for consultation.

All our professional time will be billed for at the above rates per 50 minute session, except when otherwise specifically agreed upon. This includes emails, writing reports or letters on your behalf for insurance companies, or legal matters. It also includes telephone consultations greater than ten minutes.

Full payment is due at the beginning of each session unless otherwise specifically agreed upon. Clients are responsible for full payment regardless of whether their insurance carrier makes payment on their behalf or if they dislike results or conclusions of psychological testimony or evaluations (i.e. no refunds)..

We will make every attempt to protect your confidentiality and avoid the use of labels (e.g. diagnosis), thus, APHS will aid you in working with your insurance company. We will be happy to provide you with the information you request to have the services covered under you policy. However, APHS strongly recommends that due to the lack of confidentiality and difficulties that arise from using insurance carriers, this issue should be thoroughly discussed with the treating therapist during the initial session.

Your health insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We are not party to that contract. We contract services and payment of services with the client and thus, failure of payment by the insurance company does place the financial responsibility with the client. Our interest is in you, our loyalties are to you, and our responsibility is to you, not your insurance carrier.

Clients are encouraged on setting weekly agreed upon time for services. If clients can not arrange their schedule to fit a agreed upon weekly times a floating appointment can be made. APHS has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not provide your therapist a minimum of 24 hours notice for an appointment that can not be made you "may" be charged. Insurance carriers customarily do not pay for missed appointments.
